I recently stayed at this hotel and I couldn't ask for more. The location is perfect - it's situated close to shops and across from a beautiful park, making it easy to explore the area. The staff here are beyond helpful and really added to my stay. They looked after me so well and their customer service was excellent. The room was comfortable, with plenty of amenities that made my stay comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered various options to cater to different preferences. The leisure spa and wellness centre was a great way to relax and unwind.
If you're traveling with your family, this is definitely the place to stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff members were amazing and friendly. We enjoyed the comfortable and clean room. The location of the hotel was great, it was close enough for us to walk down to the downtown area where there were many bars and cafes to choose from.
Nothing that we didn't like.

Well located hotel with ample parking, good facilities including a heated pool and laundry. Helpful and efficient staff. Great base for exploring the area and close to wineries. Clean and comfortable with excellent shower pressure. Natural New Zealand products in the bathroom. Ability to bring our own wine to the restaurant for a small corkage fee. Staff going out of their way to help.

The hotel is minutes from town, has easy off road car parking, is immaculately clean and comfortable. The pool, spa and sauna are good additional facilities. The hotel receptionist went the extra mile on the night we stayed finding something we needed and this was much appreciated.
